Steamed Clams with Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: 4 pounds clams 1/2 cup dry white wine 10 cloves garlic, peeled 4 fresh lemons, cut into wedges |
Method: Clean clams. In a stock pot, combine clams, wine and garlic. Cover and steam 5-10 minutes, or just until shells open. Accompany with fresh lemons. Just before serving, drizzle clams with 3 tablespoons Olive oil and lemon vinaigrette. |
