Szechuan Vinaigrette Recipe - 2/3 cupIngredients: 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 2 1/2 tablespoons safflower oil 3-4 drops hot chili oil |

Method: Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a blender. With machine running, gradually add olive oil and safflower oil, 1 tablespoon at a time. Add chili oil. |
