Hot Chili Sauce Recipe

Hot Chili Sauce Recipe - 2 cups


1/2 cup Chicken Broth

1/2 cup distilled white vinegar

3 dried negro chilies, stemmed and seeded

5 cloves garlic

1 medium white onion

1 medium tomato

1 teaspoon salt


In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, vinegar and chilies, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let chilies soak 5-10 minutes or until soft. In a blender, combine broth-vinegar mixture, softened chilies, garlic, onion, tomato, and salt. Blend until pureed.
