Hot Chili Marinade Recipe - 3/4 cup


2 Anaheim chilies

1 teaspoon olive oil

6 cloves garlic

1/3 cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup Hot Chili sauce


Cut chilies in half lengthwise and remove seeds and stems. In a nonstick skillet, saute chilies in olive oil 3-4 minutes or until tender. In a blender or food processor, puree the chilies, garlic, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in Hot Chili Sauce.
