Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe

Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe - 1 1/4 cups


4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic, peeled

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 drops hot sauce

1 tablespoon grated onion

1/4 cup olive oil


Combine mustard and vinegars in a blender. Add chicken broth, salt, garlic, basil, pepper, hot sauce and onion. Whirl. With machine running, add olive oil, 1 tablespoon at a time.
