Aioli Sauce Recipe

Aioli Sauce Recipe - 1 1/2 cups


2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

3 tablespoons skim milk

5 cloves garlic, peeled

1 egg

1 egg yolk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 cup safflower oil

3/4 cup olive oil

3/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons plain non-fat sour cream


Combine vinegar, milk, garlic, egg, egg yolk, salt and white pepper in a blender. Process 3-4 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken. With machine running, add safflower oil and olive oil in a steady steam, 1 tablespoon at a time. When oil is absorbed, add lemon juice and yogurt.
