Veggie Sandwich Recipe - 1 sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices whole-grain bread

1 1/2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese

4 cucumber slices

2 lettuce leaves

2 tomato slices

1 white onion slice

1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

Method:

Spread 1 slice of bread with cream cheese. Layer with remaining ingredients. Top with remaining slice of bread. Serve.
