Hot Tuna Sandwich Recipe

Hot Tuna Sandwich Recipe - 4 servings


6 1/8-ounce can water-packed tuna, drained

2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper

2 tablespoons finely chopped celery

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1/3 cup fat-free or light mayonnaise

2 English muffins, halved and toasted

4 non-fat cheddar cheese slices


Combine tuna, green pepper, celery, and onion, moisten with mayonnaise. Spread with muffin halves. Place under a preheated broiler for 2-3 minutes. Top with cheese, broil 2-3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
