Shrimps Baguette Sandwiches Recipe - 6 Servings


1 12-inch French baguette

1 tablespoon safflower mayonnaise

6 tomato slices

12 English cucumber slices

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts

1/2 pound cooked shrimp meat


Cut a baguette in half lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise over each half. Layer bottom half with remaining ingredients.  Top with remaining baguette half. Cut diagonally into 6 servings.
