Lox and Bagels Recipe

Lox and Bagels Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 fresh bagels

3 tablespoons nonfat cream cheese

4 thin slices of white onion

1/4 pound thinly sliced lox or smoked salmon

1 tomato, thinly sliced (optional)

Method:

Cut the bagels on half. Spread each half with cream cheese. Top with onion and lox. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, if desired.
