Lobster Sandwich Recipe - 3 Sandwiches


6 ounces cooked lobster meat

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 celery stalks, minced

2 tablespoons fat-free or light mayonnaise

6 slices rye or sourdough bread

6 tomato slices

6 lettuce leaves


Sprinkle lobster with lemon juice, toss with celery. Moisten with mayonnaise. Top 3 slices of rye or sourdough bread with lobster mixture, tomatoes, lettuce, and another slice of bread. Cut sandwich in half and serve.
