French Toast Recipe - 6 slicesIngredients: 2 eggs 1/3 cup nonfat milk 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 6 slices day-old crusty French bread |

Method: Beat eggs, add milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Blend. Heat a nonstick griddle over medium-high heat. Dip bread one slice at a time into egg mixture, coating both sides evenly, and place on the griddle. Brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and brown other side, 2 to 3 minutes longer. |
