Crepes Recipe - 15 crepes

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/2 cup nonfat milk

1/2 cup cold water

1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

2 tablespoons safflower oil

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

Method:

Lightly beat eggs, milk and water. Add remaining ingredients, blend with a wire whisk. Pour enough batter into a preheated 5-inch nonstick crepe pan to coat bottom, tilt pan to spread batter. Cook 1 minute, or just until set. Turn. Cook 1 minute longer or until browned.
