3 slices whole-wheat toast

6 lettuce leaves

1 ounce cooked chicken breast, sliced

1 1/2 teaspoons fat-free or light mayonnaise

3 tomato slices

1 ounce small cooked shrimp


Top first slice of toast with lettuce, chicken and mayonnaise. Top with second slice of toast, add tomato slices and shrimp, top with third slice of toast. Slice diagonally into quarters.
