Papaya Smoothie Recipe

Papaya Smoothie Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded

1 very small banana

3 ice cubes

1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt

Method:

In a blender, puree papaya and banana. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and crush. Fold in yogurt. Pour into stemmed glasses.
