Long-Grain Rice Pilaf Recipe - 6 servingsIngredients: 1 cup chicken broth, preferably homemade 1 cup water 1 cup long-grain Texmati or basmati rice 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley |

Method: In a 2-quart saucepan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Add rice, stir lightly with a fork. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is soft and moisture is absorbed. Stir in parsley. |
