Bulgur with Parmesan Recipe

Bulgur with Parmesan Recipe - 4 servings


1 1/2 cups Beef Broth

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup cracked wheat bulgur

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


In a large saucepan, combine beef broth, Tabasco sauce and salt, and bring to a boil. Stir in bulgur. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit until broth is absorbed and bulgur is tender. Add Parmesan and toos.
