Asian Sticky Rice Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: 1 cup short-grain rice 1 1/2 cups water |

Method: Place rice in a fine wire strainer, wash under cold running water until water runs clear. Put rice and water in a medium saucepan, cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer 10-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and moisture is absorbed. Add additional water, if necessary. |
