Asian Rice Recipe - 3 cupsIngredients: 1 teaspoon olive oil or canola oil 1 small white onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup long=grain white rice 3 cups beef broth 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |

Method: In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic, and saute 4-6 minutes or until onion is crisp tender. Add rice and brown 2-3 minutes. Add beef broth, paprika and soy sauce, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until broth is absorbed and rice is tender. Add parsley and toss. |
