White Bean and Garlic Dip Recipe - 1 servings


15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

2-3 large cloves garlic, peeled

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Server with cut-up celery and carrot sticks, radishes, broccoli and cauliflower florets, warm breadsticks or pita bread, or sliced and toasted bagels.
