3 carrots

3 stalks celery

2 jicama

1 English cucumber

1 head red leaf lettuce

1 cup Black Bean Dip


Slice carrots, celery, jicama and cucumber diagonally into sticks. Place lettuce on chilled salad plates and arrange vegetables on lettuce. Serve with a dollop of Black Bean Dip.
