Nachos Recipe - 2 servingsIngredients: 20-22 oil free baked, not fried, tortilla chips 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies 1/2 cup grated reduced-fat or extra-light cheddar cheese 1/4 cup tomato salsa, preferably homemade |

Method: Arrange chips on a nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle with green chilies. Top with cheese, then with salsa. Bake at 350oF for 6 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa for dipping. |
