Melon and Prosciutto Recipe - 12 servings


3 pounds cantaloupe

1/4 pound thinly sliced prosciutto (Italian ham)

1 bunch fresh parsley

1/4 pound seedless green grapes

1/4 pound seedless red grapes


Cut cantaloupe into 12 thin wedges and remove rind. Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto. Arrange on a parsley-lined tray, tuck grapes in centre and among cantaloupe wedges.
