Hummus Recipe - Made 2 3/4 cupsIngredients: 1/3 cup sesame paste (tahini) 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons water 4 cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 20-ounce can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained 1 bunch watercress 1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped 1/2 white onion, coarsely chopped |

Method: In a mixer or food processor, process sesame paste until smooth. Add lemon juice, olive oil, water, garlic, salt, cumin, black pepper and garbanzo beans. Blend until beans are pureed and mixture is smooth. Arrange watercress on a serving platter. Mound dip in center and garnish with red and white onion. |
