Crab and Artichokes Dijon Recipe - 8 servings


1/2 pound crabmeat

14 1/2 ounce can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained

2 green onions, minced

2 tablespoons Dijon Vinaigrette

Fresh parsley for garnish

8 slices crusty French bread, cut into halves


Combine crab, artichoke hearts and green onion, chill. Just before serving, toss with Dijon Vinaigrette. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty French bread.
