Crab and Artichokes Dijon Recipe - 8 servingsIngredients: 1/2 pound crabmeat 14 1/2 ounce can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained 2 green onions, minced 2 tablespoons Dijon Vinaigrette Fresh parsley for garnish 8 slices crusty French bread, cut into halves |
Method: Combine crab, artichoke hearts and green onion, chill. Just before serving, toss with Dijon Vinaigrette. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty French bread. |
