Black Bean Dip Recipe - 10 servings


15-ounce can black beans, drained but not rinsed

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Taste. Add additional salt if needed. Accompany with salsa. Serve with cup-up celery, cucumber and jicama sticks, nonfat tortilla chips or warm flour tortillas.
