Artichoke Dip Recipe

Artichoke Dip  Recipe - 1 cup


15-ounce can artichoke bottoms, drained

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

3 large cloves garlic, peeled

2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


Combine artichoke bottoms, olive oil and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth. Add cheese, salt and pepper and process until combined, about 30 seconds.
